P2V:physical to virtual machine conversions

So, lately I have been starting to do a lot of P2V (physical to virtual) to VMware infrastructure environments. I previous did not do many P2V's, because my previous company was already virtualized. I been using VMware converter (http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/) to do the P2V's.
